We have programs like Care Management and Disease Management and TrueCare Life Services at no cost to you. These programs can help you learn about your health, how you can better manage your health conditions and more! You can also earn rewards for taking care of your health!

TrueCare members aged 18 and younger can get up to $100 each year for a membership with one organization, such as the Boys and Girls Club^®.

Get a FREE Cell Phone

You can get a free cell phone with unlimited talk and text and 25 GB of data! Our Member Services team can help you learn more and get this benefit. Call 1-833-230-2050 (TDD/TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time (CT).

myStrength^SM

Take charge of your mental health and try our online wellness tool called myStrength^sm.

MyResources

MyResources can help you find free or low-cost programs and support in your local area.

Transportation

You can get free rides to and from your health care visits. We also offer free rides to food pantries, grocery stores or other food distribution sites, and more! Prefer to use public transportation? We can help! Learn more about transportation.

WW^® (Weight Watchers)

Members aged 18+ diagnosed with obesity can get a WW^® membership for 12 weeks. Talk with your Care Manager to learn more.
