Registration is quick and easy. You will need your provider ID, which is a number separate from your Tax ID number. This number is located on your Provider Welcome Letter. For any questions you may have regarding this, please contact Provider Services at 1-833-230-2174, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time (CT).
