Ending or Changing Membership
We hope you will be happy with TrueCare™. If you have problems or concerns about your benefits, please call us so we can try to help resolve them. Call Member Services at 1-833-230-2050 (TDD/TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time (CT).
Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) members can disenroll or change plans:
- During the first 90 days as a member. If you do not change within the first 90 days, you will remain with TrueCare for the calendar year.
- During the open enrollment period from October 1 to December 15.
