Rewards are subject to change. Rewards may vary by age, gender and health needs. TrueCare MyKids Rewards expire one year from date of issue. MyHealth Rewards expire mid-December of the year after issue. If you are no longer a TrueCare member your access to the rewards portals will be turned off and your rewards may no longer be available.
